Very much agree with this article as my son always have good appetite when his meal is 'colourful'. My son is a very picky eater. I'm cracking my head to make him love to eat. We prepare and 'decorate' his food together, with beautiful colours and cut it into his favourite cartoon shapes. Even when choosing the ice-cream to buy in the supermarket, he'll choose rainbow colours instead of other plain colour! The outer look of the food really can enhance somebody's appetite!
