Our Mission
My Child Malaysia offers you valuable parenting resources besides connecting families and helping to build communities that are conscientious about the needs of children and the environment in which they grow.
Our mission is to foster loving, nurturing relationships between parents and children, and within families, because strong, healthy family ties are the fundamental building blocks of society. Without them, society falls apart as brokenness leads to a host of other pyschological, emotional and educational problems: stress, depression, learning difficulties, failed grades, truancy, vandalism, bullying, gangsterism, substance abuse, underage sex, unnecessary abortion and abandoned babies born out of forbidden liaisons. From being prevalent within the school system, such juvenile deliquencies burgeon and spill into the society at large as unreformed perpetrators mature into adulthood and contribute to the escalating crime rate, so typical of a society whose root cause of dysfunctionality may be traced right back to one's home.
Together we can stop the vicious cycle of deterioration. We can do our part by striving to be more patient, understanding and caring parents, family members, teachers and caregivers today. Support My Child Malaysia by simply being a regular reader or telling your friends about our website. Better still, join the My Child community as a member.
